PSD Group was involved in the overall program utility planning at the inception of the project. PSD Group put together the electric MEIP for SFPUC Power Enterprise review and analysis to serve the project. PG&E was chosen to be the electric utility provider. PSD Group was also involved in dry utility identifcation, relocations, removals, Rule 13 (temp power), Rule 20 overhead to underground conversions, public and private street lighting planning, coordination, photometrics, circuitry, and provided consulting, coordination, and design services for the horizontal street improvements.
