Power Systems Design Group - Project Manager (In-Person, Walnut Creek, CA)

Position Overview:
Power Systems Design Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead dry utility design projects from initiation through completion. This on-site role in Walnut Creek is ideal for a proven leader with excellent client and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of dry utility projects including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
- Act as primary contact for clients, utility providers, and municipal agencies.
- Lead project teams, delegate tasks, mentor staff, and coordinate closely with technical staff.
- Facilitate utility coordination to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage utility processes and ensure compliance with utilities and regulations.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and conduct post-project evaluations.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, utility design, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline required; PMP or PE certification a plus.
- Solid technical understanding of dry utility design; proficiency with project management software and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Must be available to work in-person at Walnut Creek, CA.
